Judy is preparing a Thanksgiving turkey. Her gourmet cookbook gives the following roasting instruction.
Roasting Times (325*F) for Birds 10 to 20 Pounds
-For the first 10 pounds, bake 15 minutes per pound.
-For any additional pound over 10 pounds, bake only 8 minutes per pound.
